I’m resuscitating this because, even though this was almost a year ago, that mediation was a disaster, it still hurts enormously—especially as the chair/former friend is now permanent chair, and the colleague/former friend who started the whole thing acts like nothing happened, which means she acts like she did before, which means I miss her friendship.

I don’t really know what to do about it. Visa is not helping me move on, but I’m not sure any therapy would.
