In this particular case asking not to participate on zooms (that don’t even seem to be that important for work goals) or not to be on camera or make zooms shorter or less frequent is totally reasonable.

Yes the same here and I’d agree negotiations on Zoom participation seems a reasonable accommodation to ask in my opinion. Good luck ZenZeta!
