I believe that threading (this old Indian form of of beauty care) can help. I do only brow threading because, for now at least, I very rarely have issues with facial hair, but I have heard of threading applied to facial hair. Maybe read this? Brow threading is not painful. I have been doing it for over 10 years. You just are not supposed to put Retin-A on the area to be threaded for a couple of days prior to and post procedure.
