Hi, I'm OK still feeling rubbish not heard anything from anyone. I'm due to get my depot injection on Thursday. Going to talk to the nurses. I tried contacting a mental health organisation to see if they could help ne get into a routine etc I need to be referred by my Psychiatrist. So gonna again talk to the nurses on Thursday. I've been staying with my Sister most of the week. Just cause my paranoia is quite bad
