This is a spin off of my earlier thread about my ASD-1 and challenges with my new supervisor/leader that LOVES to talk...on ZOOM...all day.

I tried sharing that the sensory challenges of my diagnosis make it difficult to endure that many ZOOM calls to which she didn't really respond / understand,

I've learned that she thrives on "talking things out" For instance, she asked me to work on a design project. I completed a draft and asked her to send her WRITTEN comments/edits back via the feedback section.

That turned into a 2 HOUR ZOOM CALL where she seemed to almost apologize for deleting/changing something and essentially taking me through how she's going to present my design I. DON'T. CARE. ABOUT. THAT!!!!!!!!!!

So, how can we reach a happy medium or how can I tactfully get her to STOP this?!?!? I am already getting started at 6 Am (before the calls) and cranking up again from about 5:30 - 10 PM so I can lock in and work. I'd rather work than meet, and I HATE being forced to go to virtual luaus and fantasy football leagues....

Love the work... don't feel the need to talk about it over ZOOM daily. HELP!!
