Whether you like the work or not, if the working environment isn't compatible for your needs & a compromise can't be arranged then maybe this company isn't the right place for you. You aren't going to change what has been going on for the company just to accomodate if HR doesn't have an agreement to that. The thing is that issues will only get worse & you can't keep up those longer work hours forever.
My EX-husband was undiagnosed ASD but it was obvious. He went through working at lots of different companies because there was always something that created a problem for his working situation & he liked working alone too which was not always possible as a computer design engineer.
Each company has its own dynamics....best to find one that works for your needs rather than trying to make a company change to accomodate yours. Just take your needs into consideration when interviewing a company. Interviews are as much about a company fitting your needs as they are about you fitting the company needs & it is good to get that all known upfront
