I think she cares more about the "company culture" than my needs. She actually defended the "culture of engagement" after I shared that all that camera time gives me migraines.
I could be a you know what and ask to see the written policy about the camera rules for ZOOM meetings (I already looked for it... there isn't one).
I'm just going to have to grit and bear it. Oh well...
