Fantasy league cannot be possible required. It’s optional.

I am rather extraverted but I hate meetings and zooms because they are a waste. I don’t know anyone who likes that stuff.

I think the issue is that all these “work from home jobs” keep people isolated and bosses feel like they need to engage people and people might need this stuff too. You don’t. So you could either quit and look for a better fit or demand accommodations or just live with it. Which of these three are more appealing?
