How interesting! I did not realize that people from Bulgaria and from Turkey can have blonde hair.
But I know well about dark body hair in certain ethnicities. I frequent a local Iranian grocery store and various hair removal products are displayed the first thing you walk into the store, front and center (even though it is primarily a grocery store, not a drugstore).
