But I know well about dark body hair in certain ethnicities. I frequent a local Iranian grocery store and various hair removal products are displayed the first thing you walk into ti the store, front and center (even though it is primarily a grocery store, not a drugstore).

Bulgaria, not Turkey. Bulgarians are Slavic, so blonde hair is common for them, but because they mixed with Turks and other cultures for centuries they often have dark features like eye brows and eye lashes etc
