I once had a co-worker tell me that he was married to his uncle's widow. He was amazed that he didn't have to draw me a flow chart to show that he wasn't related to the woman by blood. Said that I was the first person outside of his family that understood the family dynamics. I said Dude, when you grow up in a small town and have a family tree like mine, you have to be able to catagorize quickly to prevent sticking your foot in your mouth.
