I wake every day to a particular disillusionment. An exponential disillusionment. Looking at the last 6+ years in particular...how could it not be so? The bats are evidently thick in far too many belfrys and the sheer amount of guano resultant sure isn't doing much good for structural integrity.
Considering the flaws inherent in the species and how they persist, I truly wonder how humanity ever got this far.
No longer will I wonder much on how far it'll actually get.
