I'm still up, but I did find my will, which includes a durable power of attorney and an advanced health directive and of course the will. Yay.

We did that just before Christmas because we had prepaid legal thru his work but we cancelled it on December 31st. Got the will done for around $20 in copays - yippee!!

That...will work. We are still married for the moment, although I took off my ring and will check in under my maiden name, for security reasons because of his family.

We may try a trial separation for a while, then think about divorce, I really don't know. I told him...a lot...and he is still processing it all, and he has a lot of decisions to make. Where to live, whom to live with, and when to move and who should move or stay where. Lots.

We did back out on the house deal just in time, and all we lost so far was the appraisal fee of $400 which our OLD mortgage broker says we own, we paid for it, it's ours. We may be checking into the ARM and foreclosures in our area...and see about filing a class-action lawsuit against the mortgage broker we used. By the way, I bet my husband all the money I owe him, that our broker is now in Costa Rica or Cabo San Lucas. If I am right....here is my thing in writing!

And when I get to that point (I'm in PLAN mode right now!) I will also file lawsuits against everyone who "helped" me two years ago, and that freak psychologist you all know about.
