Liz, Hilary was literally hit and miss, as some areas got devastated and others just got rain but no power outages or wind damage, nothing much at all. Deserts and mountains got the brunt as expected but some places that always got spared before got hammered: Downtown urban or metro areas, such as sports stadiums.
