I took 60mg of Vyvanse and a 10mg Dexedrine spansule (This morning). I need 2x 10mg Dexedrines.
Just one Vyvanse used to wake me up by ~10-10:30am, but now I sleep in until 12pm-1pm.
When I have work days though? I take all stims at 7am, and somehow make it to work by 9am (Sometimes late - But it's bad to be late, although they said that I can "Come in by 10am, that's still okay").
Antipsychotics are major tranquilizers! Risperidone or Abilify made me sleep.. 16-18 hours a day.. I sought out stimulants.. I couldn't take it...
Maybe switching to a different antipsychotic/sleep med could help. But you seem to be pretty stable, we're proud of you - Really (:
