Make sure you do this though ticket to work so you don’t lose benefits. Start slow if possible, how many hours a week are you working? Spend the money on things you love to keep your mood boosted so you can work more. Get enough sleep. Thankfully I have violin which is a fun hobby that reduces my anxiety and my violin lessons. And I have my bf and we play games and watch stuff together. So those are good ways to disconnect from stress.
I’ll probably put a lot of my paychecks into savings but I’ll set aside a certain amount for fun stuff too like taking myself out to cafes or bookstores
