We had a big storm two days ago. Cars were upside down on the roads and a couple of people hydroplaned. Sadly it ended tragically.

For us a huge tree snapped and a large portion of it fell on ours and neighbor condo. It destroyed her fence but the largest impact was on our roof (we are two story partially attached townhomes) and gutters. Our roof is in an awful shape. We have scaffolding in the back now. Our neighbour thinks it was hit by lighting because of the way it snapped and the loud explosion like sound. My area didn’t flood but many areas flooded and no power. Awful

Apparently there were several tornadoes (7?) in addition to the storm, I don’t think actual tornadoes reached us, it was a bit South from us

7 tornadoes confirmed as Michigan storms down trees and power lines; 5 people killed | AP News
