=( yeah i understand that. i tend to do that also. (except my "cheating" on my diet is more like soy ice creams and pure dark chocolate). hard to break the cycle of self destruction. these days i am trying to see if i can feel the emotion rather than eat to cover it. also, the sugar interferes with the med i'm on and makes me sick so night time binging is out.
breathe - start over. it is ok to start again. and again.
