I think that break aways have both good and bad in them (
relief for being able to do it and on the other side
the loss of somebody -
that grief-process has to be done).

PS.Townsend and Cloud are good to teach people how to build proper boundaries to use in daily life in different situations (that means to get "the message out" clearly on a daily basis and not let "things" build up with inner frustration until enough is enough).
