Is it normal to wake up super confused in the morning after a deep sleep and have no idea where you are or what happened the day before? Lately I've been waking up thinking I was still living at my old house I moved from in 2021 and this morning I woke up so confused it took me a few minutes to remember what went on yesterday.

I'm just wondering if this is normal and if it happens to anyone else or if I should talk to someone about it.
