I was able to wear a hoodie today which made me happy. My pain was still rough. I had my first PT session and it went very well. She is very willing to help me and set up
weekly appointments through October and told me what was up and what she would do to fix things with my help. I had to move a couple therapy appointments around afterwards and she was understanding and nice. I'm a bit achy from the exam the PT did. Especially in my right side. Overall today was good besides my mom being crabby with me because my almost 1 year old niece is starting to become a terror now that she is crawling.
