Nammu, what’s a department of vocational services. And how it works. Is it effective? Here, the unemployed office doesn’t work very well to say the least. Only offers courses from time to time but that’s it. It’s very rare they help you actively. Many, because there are lots of unemployed here.
Is it better there?
