title says it all.. how do you do it?
I start my day by reviewing what I've got planned, (usually nothing at all, my life is like groundhog day), and that leads me to thinking- do I really have to do this all over again?. can't I just stay in bed?
I really want to change this because I know it's not really that healthy, so looking for some good ideas that maybe I can use to start my day in a better frame of mind
