I try to just concentrate and focus on basics. Take a shower, eat, take any meds that I need to and perhaps either read or listen to a podcast or music. I've also been coloring which has been really helpful. I avoid social media during the week and any news also. That brings me down. And try reciting positive affirmations. Hope some of that helps.
