First of all, not punish yourself for feeling that way.
Make meditation or practice mindfulness. If you have to take meds. Have a little breakfast and take the meds.
If you feel energy, plan an outside for the following day. A new place where you could contemplate, for example, a new landscape, take a coffee in a nearby coffee shop, stay open and present on what you’re doing and what there’s around you. Stay open to meet people. Be open to any surprise.

Before hand planning is important.
Then, panning another trip for another day in the week.
It’s important you choose places or doing things you may enjoy. All little by little.
Prepare the outfit, take a little breakfast before to get some energy.
These are the first steps in an emergency situation.
Also, rest as much as you need before accomplish what you planned. Be open to little changes along the trip as it was an adventure.
