Yes, positive start to day. I agree with all of the suggestions and ways mentioned above for sure. I enjoyed reading them actually. BUT, the thing I'd like to stress is that I believe there needs to be a real daily commitment to whatever positive approaches are good for your personal mindset. Because it becomes easy to fall back into the old ways, the perhaps 'pessimistic' ways, if there are no immediate results. So, it needs to be a long-term, daily commitment based on positive based logic. And if you look at it, and going by my own experience, even before it starts producing results, you'll already be engaged in something very positive. It brings a purpose - the purpose of positive growth, of life. You will need to remind yourself of that. That is what the brain can be used for, you see. Keep going please and don't lose hope or faith in this process. And it is a process.🙏
