Work today, heading out in 20 minutes. Get off at 6pm and will get home around 7:15pm. Gonna relax and watch anime with my bf once I get home then go to sleep. I’m really tired. Idk why. I slept good last night. Maybe it’s because of the propranolol. I took one today because I’m anxious and don’t want my anxiety to get too bad during work. My morning meds make me tired too. I’m Trileptal, Zoloft and abilify.
