I ate 4 popsicles to cool off from a heated exchange with a very unpleasant customer. This is how the conversation ended:
Very unpleasant customer: “I’m going to file a complaint!”
Me: “So do it.”
Very unpleasant customer: muttering expletives while storming out.
Little do they know, the complaint comes right back to our office. Now we get to call them & tell them too bad, so sad, but you’re not getting special treatment, sorry, not sorry. I just hope my manager steps up & does their job. I can dream…
