Yes, Disco if only it was more clearly defined! Some women have practically no symptoms, just sailing through it all!

Supposedly the younger one starts periods, the more miserable menopause will be. It was something I read years ago and couldn't find it now..

Menopause was a b i t c h and now post-menopause, I have to take vitamin D and calcium daily because of loss of estrogen means loss of bone mass. I too get achy at times, in spite of exercise, which I didn't have before.
