I don't think so..I usually am pretty good about not being triggerd by other posts. It doesn't help that after I go home I saw one of those allstate commericals that show the car accident..those always trigger me.
I think it was the way the lady pulled out..I don't rember much about the wreck but for some reason the way the lady bolted out in front of me just clicked in my brain. still feeling uneasy, jumpy, and floaty..I couldn't eat dinner I was so sick to my stomache..Kinda of scared about tonight I don't think I'm going to be very safe by myself in my room.
