Im sorry.My therapist gave me an idea when that happens to me. I put it in a picture or word then I put it in this box that has her card glued on the front. Once its there when I have the flashback I just say its in the box and it helps block the feelings. I give her the box on thursdays. She also wrote me that its not happening now stuff like that. If u want I could write all the things she wrote. I just got through a tough period so I understand.
