I'm anorexic, so you probably don't want to hear this from me, but when I skip meals, it always helps me to have a drink always in my hand. Alot of times, if you can't stop eating, it isn't actually real hunger, it's just an oral fixation. So I always have a bottle of lemonade on hand and when I want food, I drink the lemonade. Also, mints, especially the soft dinner mints that you can get at Wal Mart for like 88 cents, helps stem the appetite. Usually it's with any mints but those are just the ones I prefer. Mint flavore dgum doesn't work though. It makes you just want food more. I'm Alaizabel by the way. Hi.
