I know a lot of people have had hypothyroidism develop as a result of taking Lithium. And then you find yourself on Levoxyl. I wonder if there are people for whom the thyroid function has ever normalized to the point of them not needing Levoxyl anymore?
It has been 6 years off Lithium for me. I wonder if this side effect is essentially tardive, a lifelong affliction.
