(Turned that hour drive into like a thirty minute drive but ignoring the fact I'm just grateful there were no staties on the highway...)

Found out they didn't get the discharge paperwork I sent them when they sent me the letter stating they were taking away the SSI$ so they still have my living address as the residential. I will be getting it back, just not for the time I was away.
