oh hon i'm so sorry. it heps me to get the feelings and panic out by writing ... or relax, put yourself in a place in your mind you love, somewhere you have visited, or you enjoyed, and breathe slowly. i'm a bit the same today after the worst nightmare for months ... just keep picturing it, but i'm trying to stay busy.
