I am sure she’ll get stuff if she was dependent but since you have kids full time she might not get as much and it’s not up to her. Up to the judge. She was going to charge you rent for living in your own home? With kids? She is out of her mind. Save her texts. Screen shot them and have a file with those but don’t even reply to her. She is playing games.
