Updating here.

I have spent the past focusing on what her and the relationship needed. Never myself. This is a hard lesson for someone with self-hatred. I'm simply trying to survive at this point.

Possible trigger:

i have been keen on remaining intoxicated of some sort. The idea that I, MT, can go without my old fren known as escapism is something of a fantasyto me at this stage.
