someone please tell me a good solution to this... anything sedating makes it damn near impossible to wake back up in the morning. Seriously... took me an hour an a half the other day so I had to stop taking it. The milder ones, like halcion, i build up a tolerance to really fast... it stops helping at all within a week or two.
last night i went sleep walking again... i can't tell you what i did.. im mortified.
it's a problem for me. i have beaten the crap out of myself by tripping over stuff and not catching myself. i have locked myself out. i eat and leave the fridge open. i wake others up in various ways. i talk in my sleep.
this sucks.
please help.. i am really afraid of what i am going to do next.. i have guests in the house
