Breakfast is really important for me. The thing is, if I don't eat it, then I'll end up binging at night, then I'm not hungry for breakfast the next day, and the cycle continues and continues and continues.
If I eat a bowl of cereal or SOMETHING, I do better. And I know that it "jump-starts" my metabolism, so I do try to keep that in mind.
Also....I really try to make it a practice to not weigh myself. It's hard, but I'm getting better at it. Because if I gain weight, I'm totally setting myself up for ED stuff - and weirdly, if I LOSE weight - or even stay the same - it's "hello, ED behaviors". I don't know why that is. I actually went so far as asking T if I could leave my scale at his office (he said yes) and I brought it along, but it was too scary to give it up. It's still here. It calls to me, but I try to ignore it.
