Asking for forgiveness for being hated?! How does that work?
What is it you have done that needs to be forgiven?

Hate originates within the other person and is a product of the other person's perceptions. It hurts to feel it being directed toward you, but if you can see that it's about the other person it can change into something to be curious about.

A friend and co-worker has an unpredictable and quick temper sometimes. She will snap at me and I have been stung by it; but when I can see that it's about her then I just wonder what it is about her that made my innocent comment or whatever cause her to react like that. I've decided it's a defense of some kind. It isn't about me, it's about her.

I agree with Sky, turn your focus to good things, to the people who do care about you.
