A few days ago I started feeling weird and weak physically. And very achy. Icy Hot was my friend. I was starving all the time and couldn't get full. I started a multi vitamin on the 3rd. Tonight I got nauseated and I remembered what my therapist said last week about nausea being a possible side effect. So I googled the side effects and all of the ones I've been having came up. Do I legit just need to start walking every day or something to help with the fatigue? The vitamins cause worse side effects then being without them.
