Have you tried replacing the fearful thoughts with stronger, positive ones ... sometimes we forget to do that in the middle of personal turmoil.
Perhaps things can be worked out with your home, jobs, loans, whatever you need, but first it helps if you come from a place of personal power.
Build yourself up, for your family sake, and that includes eating. This way, you keep your strength - especially now - when you need it most.
