This work place is insane. I’ve been in a work force steadily for the past 40 years. I worked with all kind of people: social, not social, extraverted, introverted, loud, quiet, friendly, not friendly etc etc who cares. No one is required to socialize.

It’s just this place you described that demands socializations. It really is a bad fit
