I am sooo with you!!! I don't mind meetings that have a purpose and measurable goal. I've learned that people need that "warmth", so I will say "Good Morning" "Did everyone have a nice weekend?" (and inwardly hope that the coworker who thinks this is an invitation to tell every single detail about their weekend doesn't speak up"
