On choosing stillness.

God says to be still
and KNOW that He is.

With the hectic lifestyles
many of us lead,
the idea of being still
is unknown unless it
pertains to sleep time.

Take a pause in a quiet place.
Make it quiet if you can.
(Turning off the tv when no one is home,
leaving the radio off, and sitting
if only for a moment,
in the quiet, is an idea.)

Pause, and know He loves you.
He cares about all you do and
all you go through.
Be still.
