What one are you on? What AP did you or do you find the most beneficial?

I want something that DOESN'T cause weight gain, so no matter what I'm not going on Zyprexa. I also can't go on geodon or clozaril because of bad side effects I experienced.

I was wondering about abilify, saphris, latuda and Risperdal.

It has to have a generic or my insurance most likely won't cover it.

Worse comes to worse I'm just going to ask to go on Haldol again.

Thanks everyone.
I have been on haldol for 3 years and find that I am quite stable. It took many trials and errors while hospitalized. all of the other trial APcaused me to become more manic. I take 5 mg of haldol 2 times daily. I am sold. I have gained weight but Ihave been going out to eat often and drinking fattening beers.
