Update the title with trigger warning if you have to, if you can describe it I think it might help to figure it out. I'm not sure how to try to help you without knowing anything you know? But if you're not comfortable with that of course don't do it.

I think the diagnoses is best left to a professional obviously, and the disorders section here probably has a list of symptoms for you to compare with. (I'd try to summarize them but my computer might explode if I try to do too many things.)
