Don't know her side of the story so can't judge what you can do.

Sometimes when it gets to this point where the other person has had enough, the best thing to do is to disappear from their life, let things calm down, get help for yourself. Sometimes longer time outs in situations like that are the only real good solution.

Hard when it is your mom cause we think moms should always be there for us but sometimes even moms can hit their breaking points. Like I said, don't know your history or your moms so truly can't judge.....but given just the current situation, sounds like both of you having a break from each other would be a very good idea
