Flashbacks are so hard. Can you use some grounding techniques to get back in the here and now? Maybe you can self talk. You are safe right now. You are an adult. You are safe. Describe things around you, feel the coolness of the keyboard, etc. Maybe get a cool cloth and wash your face. Hang in there Ginniesky. We're here.
