Do you think you will be able to maintain employment?
What jobs are you telling her you need or what accommodations do you need in order to be employed?
Maybe it's different there, but my experience has been that employers really don't care about your perspective on much. You are a cog in a wheel, you fit or you don't and if they can help you fit without too much fuss that's okay but if you have a long list of specific things you need to be functional in a job, employers usually will not want to get involved.
